Resting
I rest today in green pastures,
trusting my Shepherd,
loving His way,
knowing He keeps me with Him today.
I eat at His bountiful table—
in meekness and joy,
goodness and peace—
manna from heaven that never will cease.
I drink today the still waters:
gentleness, purity,
strength without end,
trusting my Father, my Shepherd, my Friend.
