I have been a Christian Scientist all my life and over those sixteen...
I have been a Christian Scientist all my life and over those sixteen years I have been able to demonstrate Christian Science in many different ways.
Many times my understanding of Science has helped me to find numerous objects which I had thought misplaced.
One of my first memories of praying to correct this false sense of loss was when I was six and in the second year of primary school. One day we were changing for a session of physical exercise and the correct outfit for this activity required black plimsolls. When I came to put them on I was unable to find them in my shoe bag. Several minutes were spent in searching for them but to no avail. I returned to the classroom, where the rest of the class were lined up, and prepared myself to face the teacher and tell her of my loss.
