You Can Give Treatment!
Christian Science teaches us how to apply spiritual truths to discordant human situations through mental treatment that results in healing. Our ability to give Christian Science treatment, based on a clear understanding of the healing power of the Christ, Truth, grows as we study and ponder the Bible and the writings of Mrs. Eddy, and then willingly put into practice what we understand.
Perhaps we'd like to avail ourselves of this healing method but lack confidence in our ability to use it effectively. Do we ever find ourselves protesting that we don't know enough about Christian Science, or that we're not spiritually-minded enough, or that we haven't the self-discipline or don't even know how to give treatment?
Actually all the resources we need to do so are right at hand, and we can use them freely. But we need to see as unreal the limiting arguments of mortal mind, or evil, that would keep us from governing ourselves rightly through prayer and prevent our reaping the rewards of spiritual healing.
