In loving response to the growing interest in Christian Science in Portuguese and Spanish-speaking areas, those language editions of The Herald of Christian Science will be increased in size and be published monthly beginning in October, 1973.

In announcing this change, The Christian Science Board of Directors and the Board of Trustees of The Christian Science Publishing Society encourage Reading Rooms and branch church members where there are Portuguese and Spanish-speaking people to give prayerful support to ways to extend the readership of these two editions.

The new Portuguese and Spanish editions will be the same size as the monthly French and German editions of the Herald. The Danish, Dutch, Greek, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Swedish, and English-Braille editions will continue to be published quarterly.
