Daily study of Christian Science gives me a much better, deeper understanding of the Bible, especially of Christ Jesus' teachings. I had an experience during which fever was healed.

A faithful member of our family read me passages from the Bible and the textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, almost constantly, as I was not able to read to myself. I was, however, able to keep in mind this definition of "angels" from the Glossary of the textbook (p. 581): "God's thoughts passing to man; spiritual intuitions, pure and perfect; the inspiration of goodness, purity, and immortality, counteracting all evil, sensuality, and mortality." As the reading progressed, I understood this inspiration so clearly and felt it so strongly that in two days I was completely well.
