Law That Liberates
It is well known that not only are many health laws changed or discarded from generation to generation, but even so-called laws of nature, commonly thought to be unchangeable, have been modified, reinterpreted, or rejected. The converse of matter-based laws is the divine or spiritual law, changeless and eternal.
Is there such a law? Is there a benign Principle governing the universe—a law as unalterable and inviolable as the laws of nature were once supposed to be, and at the same time consistently beneficent, protective, healing, and regenerative?
That great Christian teacher, Paul, knew such a law and delighted in it. It is the law of God. It was glimpsed, however incompletely, by the patriarchs and prophets of the Old Testament, and demonstrated in all its healing glory by Christ Jesus. Those who understand and obey it experience many instances of guidance, protection, and healing.
