Many years ago our family was introduced to the blessings of Christian Science when I poured out our difficulties to my supervisor at work. His instant denial of my need to submit to these hardships, and his practical advice, aroused me to vigorous action. I took immediate steps to remove my husband from a mental institution. We bought and started to read the textbook of Christian Science, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, and began to attend a branch church. As our concept of God, and of man in His image, developed, there was a change in our approach to living. It was as though a door had opened, letting in the blessed sunlight of Truth and Love.

Through our friend's loving help my husband was able to return to work, and a position was found for him within his capacity at that time. His former position remained open until he returned to it later.

Through Christian Science my mother was healed of a diagnosed lung condition and came back to our home, where she spent many happy, healthy years. There was more harmony in our home, and our finances improved.
