An
elderly gentleman was once commended for his regular attendance at church over a period of years.
What
our church services offer is what Christian Science reveals—the truth of God and man.
In
the third chapter of Acts is recorded the healing of a lame beggar.
The
Psalmist said, "O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together".
Continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; and that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.—
II Timothy 3:14,15.
Christian Science
shows that one's experience is the expression of the thoughts which one holds.
One
of the great problems of human experience is the feeling of not being needed.
The teens are years bursting with activity! And a great deal of what teen-agers are doing is preparing them for future service and leadership.
I was
reared in a family that studied Christian Science, but when I joined my country's Navy during the Second World War, I stopped going to Sunday School because there was no Church of Christ, Scientist, near my base nor Christian Science services at it.
How
grateful I am that a number of years ago I, of my own volition, attended a Wednesday evening testimony meeting, with a friend! From that first visit to a Church of Christ, Scientist, I have never ceased attending one.
"Lead
me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day".

our foot firmly down on the belief that there is sensation in matter.
Words
cannot express my deep gratitude to God for Christ Jesus, for Mrs.
Having
been reared in a home where Christian Science was our only physician, I learned to turn to it for help in all my problems.
In
the Scriptures we read, "Seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you".

QUESTIONER: I'm sure we're all aware of listening to a lot of things that aren't especially helpful in the course of a day, but we don't really have much control over what we hear, do we?
