Sharing Our Unfoldment

There is nothing that impels a deeper sense of gratitude in a Christian Scientist than to receive an unfoldment directly from divine Mind, unless it be the opportunity to share the unfoldment with others. The Christian Science periodicals provide such an opportunity.

Christian Science was a revelation of divine Mind to Mary Baker Eddy. She was divinely impelled to record her revelation and to establish the Church through which this revelation, free from the contamination of human hypotheses, is shared with the world. This Science has a transforming effect upon human consciousness. "Be not conformed to this world," Paul urged the Romans (12:2), "but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."

Spiritualized consciousness is human consciousness redeemed from mortality by the Christ. Until this spiritualization occurs, whatever is visible to the senses is considered to be real, whether it be good or bad. But to spiritualized consciousness, only that which has God as its source is accorded reality. In the degree that one is transformed by the renewing of his mind, his sense of values undergoes a radical change.
