It is now about twenty-two years since I began the study of Christian Science. My first treatment destroyed the tobacco habit and the growing desire for intoxicating liquors. Since that time I have not tasted tobacco, liquor, or medicines of any kind. I have been healed of the ailment that first brought me to the practitioner, and which materia medica could not cure; but there was one trouble that I did not mention at that time, thinking that Christian Science could not reach it, and that was a very severe case of hernia. I was advised by the practitioner to procure a copy of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy and to study the Christian Science Bible Lessons. After following those instructions for some time, one day while walking along the street in a western city I found I was perfectly healed of the hernia. I have remained healed since and that was many years ago. For the last twenty-two years Christian Science has been my only physician.

I always love to meet business men who are interested in this Science, as it is a wonderful benefit in meeting and overcoming the many problems that confront the business man. I am grateful for what Christian Science has done for me and mine, and for the higher understanding it has given me of Christ Jesus, the perfect demonstrator of Truth, Life, and Love.—William Lough, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
