For many years Christian Science has been my daily...
For many years Christian Science has been my daily help. Gratitude to Mrs. Eddy for giving us her clear message of Truth is a blessing in itself, for when gratitude and love fill the thought there is no room for any sense of ill-will, jealousy, resentment, condemnation, and their kind. I have been healed of colds, tonsillitis, a bowel difficulty, severe attacks of hives which formerly recurred every spring, a badly sprained ankle, deafness, and a sense of overwhelming sorrow. When seemingly standing all alone in the world, I found that Christian Science stood the test of making up for the apparent loss of friends. It has taught me that happiness is spiritual. The experience of finding and buying a little home, which is a great pleasure to our family, and the overcoming of fear of limitation and lack by knowing that God is the source of our supply, has been a great joy to me.
I find that there is work to be done all the time to keep thought clear and to be conscious of God and man in his image, but the rule is always at hand for us to use.—(Mrs.) Marion Osgood Skeele, Mt. Vernon, New York.
