I wish to express my gratitude to Christian Science for the healing of my little girl. She was taken very ill one day and as she had a high fever a doctor was called in. After a careful examination he said he must have a second opinion at once. After the consultation I was told there must be an operation within half an hour as the child had appendicitis. Gangrene had set in and the body was quite rigid, but I was not given much hope that the operation would be successful, so I refused to allow the child to be touched. A Christian Science practitioner was sent for and within two days the child was up and out of doors and is better now than she has ever been before. I am indeed deeply grateful for this proof of God's care and protection and to Mrs. Eddy for having revealed to this age the Christ-healing.—(Mrs.) I. S. Peacock, Hove, Sussex, England.
