Art more a man when thou art lade with rustOf envied wealth and puffed with vaunted power?

We seek no flashing light that gleameth far away,Piercing the shrouding night with transient ray;Called out of sleep, Father, we pray to TheeThat Truth's unclouded sun may light our way.

Guidance

O guide unfailing, always art Thou here!Though earth's obscuring mists would intervene,Through consciousness uplifted Thou art seen,By Truth revealed in Spirit's atmosphere.
