A little more like heaven
What if you were asked to be an Ananias, who had heard of, or even known, a Saul? Asked to go heal him—to be the meekest you’d ever been, humbly listen, and obey?
What if you were asked to see more clearly a Mary Magdalene bound with seven devils? Asked to see her only as the perfect daughter of God—to see her this way until she could feel it and truly love herself?
What if you were asked to reach out to an outcast leper? Asked to give up fear? To listen long enough to find God’s own view: His original beloved child, spotless and pure?
What if you were the one who was a Saul, a Magdalene, a leper? Would you be ready for healing—ready to see your original, perfect, child-of-God purity?
What if we are given opportunities every day to listen humbly . . . obey promptly . . . and see original, perfect, child-of-God purity in whomever we meet . . . no matter what?
What if we all did this?
Would not our earth look a little more like heaven?
