Our understanding of God

Note . — It is the object of these Readings to cite scriptural authority for the teachings of Christian Science on the subjects named.
They are adapted to the use of Bible classes and students' associations, and are conducted in the following manner: Slips of paper, properly numbered and each bearing one of the references, are distributed among the members of the class, who are also furnished with Bibles.
The leader then reads the exercise, and in the course of the reading, as each is called for, by its corresponding number, the passages indicated are read by the holders of the slips.
