I teach high-school-age Sunday School students, and one week I found myself struggling to finish preparations for the next class. Too many different things were overshadowing the clarity needed to present a particular aspect of a Bible story.

By the time my husband and I left for church, I was frustrated and uptight. I explained my difficulty to him, saying, “I just wish I could stop caring about these things so much.”
