In this chat, Rebecca Odegaard, a teacher and practitioner of Christian Science, makes the point that we aren’t defined by our jobs but that getting to know God and to understand our spiritual nature can help us see more clearly what our personal and career goals should be.
Rebecca answers questions from people who are unemployed, underemployed, just starting their employment careers, or who are feeling frustrated by missed opportunities or feelings of failure. She also responds to people whose businesses are having difficulties, helping them to use spiritual insights in order to gain freedom from fear and discouragement. She notes Jesus’ conviction that the kingdom of heaven is within us and that walking with God will reveal that kingdom to each of us.
