Paul walked with vengeful thought his darkened wayUntil from ignorance Christ set him free,And on Damascus road the clarityOf Truth shone down a penetrating raySo bright it lit his world, his thought, his day.

PATIENCE

When God is less than God,or so it seems;when mortal mind has shut outall the beamsof faith, of Truth, of Life,of Love,then grasp, O friend, each merest threadof hope.

COMPASSION

There isthat yearns to wallow in the griefof othersand calls it sympathy,recounting woe, enlarginghardshiptill sorrowing and "comforter" alikeare mired in deepest bog of pity.
