Need a good idea? 

Yawn. That’s how this author felt when he got the list of topics for an upcoming paper. As the deadline approached and the pressure mounted, he knew prayer was the only thing that could help him overcome this mental gridlock.
Each spiritual fact loved, trusted, and applied has all the power and tenderness of infinite, divine Love undergirding it.
I can pray by practicing childlike receptivity—not telling God what I need but listening to Him.

God—Life, Truth, and Love—is the source of all the things I am grateful for, however they appear in my experience.

Genuine gratitude acknowledges that divine Love is the source of all good and that everyone not only has access to it but is worthy of it as God’s child.

Working in harmony across political lines 

Ultimately, my initial opponent, his successor, and I were all harmoniously in support of the same legislative measure, and we developed a sincere appreciation for one another.

Safe in the ocean 

Teddy knew that God had answered his prayer when a thought popped into his head.
I knew that not only was I healed but my family could also be free and be blessed by the truth of our safety symbolized by that beautiful Bible account.
Worrying can be reversed and destroyed when I focus on what God is doing.
