My Shepherd and me

Watching the sheep and the farmer made me feel loved, too—like God was wrapping me up in a warm, woolly blanket.
It’s God’s grace that turns us wholeheartedly to Him, communicates His love, inspires our obedience, and demonstrates His attentive, intelligent control.
My prayer in response to whatever seems to violate the innate divine right that every man and woman has to experience freedom and peace includes affirming that divine Mind, God, can never lose its control over the universe. 
An encounter with the police seemed to be heading in a bad direction when this student suddenly remembered something he’d learned in Christian Science Sunday School.
I felt frustrated that my sister had finally reached out for help, and now it wasn’t available. But right on the heels of this thought came a clear message: “The Christ is always available!” 

Healing and love in my life

The head of the voice department said it was a miracle that I was able to sing so well and that he might have to go to my church!
Discovering our true heritage as God’s children not only frees us to be the unique and complete individuals God made us to be but can also heal us of any seemingly inherited trait or condition that we’ve come to see as part of our life.
I want to share a couple of cool healings I’ve had with my dogs.
Without interfering in our neighbor’s business, is there a way we can respond to someone’s need that is in line with Jesus’ teachings, even if our help is not sought?
