Unadulterated wheat

Understanding the spiritual meaning of Christ Jesus' parable of the tares and the wheat See Matt.

No-fault healing

What we read and hear today about no-fault insurance and even no-fault divorce may encourage us to shift gears and consider a genuine scientific concept of "no fault"—no-fault healing.
"And don't talk to any of your Christian Scientist friends about this, either," the letter from my mother stated emphatically.

Able to love

Tenderness and affection: how much every man, woman, and child needs to feel these qualities!
According to Exodus, God said to Moses, "Thou canst not see my face: for there shall no man see me, and live.

Untroubled joy

The Christianly scientific thinker can remain undisturbed in the midst of upset, confusion, and even calamity.
The world's greatest need today is for more love.

No wasted years

Can we do anything about regret and remorse over unfulfilled ambitions, lost opportunities, or what may seem misdirected pursuits?

Our responsibility as parents

Our children are God's children.

Progress through striving

Sometimes a person may struggle many years for health without obtaining it by material means, and then, on taking up Christian Science, be healed quickly.
We would be more than a little startled if, while we were brushing our teeth in front of a mirror, our reflection was trying on hats or combing its hair.
