In the Christian Science Bible Lesson

Giving

Give! That command we find all through the Bible.
At the midweek testimony meetings held in all Christian Science churches throughout the world, testimonies may be heard of the healing of sickness and of so-called incurable diseases by Christian Science; also, testimonies of freedom gained from sinful habits, of the healing of sorrow, poverty, and business difficulties; indeed, of every kind of discordant condition of mortal existence—proving the practical value of Christian Science.

God the Source of All Power

What wonderful proofs every Christian finds, in the Old and New Testaments of the Bible, of the infinite power of God! Still, in how small a degree have Christians, generally, accepted and made use of the ever operative and ever available divine Principle which gives to them, even as the disciples of Jesus were given, "power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease"!

Overcoming Obstacles

From the records of the Old Testament and the writings of the New, and later through the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, we learn that God is All-in-all, that He made all, and that man is His image and likeness.

Supply

In seeking to overcome a sense of lack, one may sometimes find it difficult to turn completely away from the claims of discord.

"The goal of goodness"

Christian Science reveals the divine fact that there is one Mind only, and that this Mind is infinitely good.
