Reconnecting with Christian Science

There were no aftereffects from the fall. I’d been completely healed by God. 
Under God’s authority, we have the right to stand up to false prophecies about the future suffering of God’s children. As we do so, we not only help ourselves but embrace and support everyone’s God-given right to live in health and joy.
We can abandon any sense of having our own personal ability or inability to forgive and turn to divine Love, the source of all forgiveness. I began to pray in this way every time this acquaintance came to thought.
I was overwhelmed by this loving divine presence and basked in it as I held the puppy. 

A path to civility

Through prayer, we realize Principle, not personalities, is the basis of life. Then we naturally think and act in accordance with what we truly are as the spiritual reflection of divine Love.
This author didn’t expect to feel scared during a scuba diving trip, but alone, deep underwater, the fear hit. But, she discovered, God was right there to comfort and guide her.
I had everything going for me—health, a successful business, companionship, family, travel, etc. Yet I felt emptiness. It was heartbreaking because I didn’t know what to do about the darkness that haunted me or even why it was there.
The sense of loss and the burden and fear of thinking I had to do this all on my own began to lift. I could turn to God, divine Love, as my dear Parent, to guide me.
God is good, so He couldn’t make anything bad like coughing or illness. He makes only good.

My thirst for Truth led me

Our family members and friends noticed the big difference in our family, through our tranquil attitude. I understand this to be due to the fact that we are constantly conscious of the truth governing us and the whole universe.

Prepared to heal

We need to be spiritually prepared so we are ready at any moment to defend our or another’s right to health and harmony.
With my improved understanding of God, I could face these accusations without fear.
