In the Christian Science Bible Lesson

Each of us has a holy purpose, a mission.

Fiction or reality?

Praying for healing invites us to discover what it is that God made.
Stillness, I’ve learned, is not passive; it is active trust in God’s omnipotence.
As long as we’re looking exclusively to divine Spirit, it doesn’t matter if God’s healing insights come as a series of subtle, quiet epiphanies or in a single, momentous blast.

Back on the water

God’s messages, like the wind hitting the rigged sail, can move us forward.
The main lesson I have taken from these situations is to humbly know who is really solving all problems.

Looking for a cause?

When faced with a problem of some kind, we might ask, “Why did this happen to me?

Sacrament

In the Christly model, allegiance to God and His Son—and the loving regard for one another flowing from it—fulfill all the law.

First, choose Spirit

What does our day look like if we go through it frequently reminding ourselves that there is no other Mind than God, Spirit?

Seeing as God sees

Seeing as God, Spirit, sees involves recognizing that the perfection of spiritual being is the only reality of existence and that anything discordant is the darkness, which must disappear in the light of God’s infinite goodness, here and now.

God

God’s people are strong witnesses to His omnipresence and sovereign power.
