Church: A force for good (part two)

As individuals, we are each a force for good as we grow spiritually and bring to bear on all that we do a sense of the healing Christ.
God is the one, steady support that is always there to comfort and guide us.
Thoughts of chaos or helplessness are lifted as we realize that they have no basis in God, good.
The Monitor inspires me to see the underlying causes of world beliefs and to handle them through prayer.

During a strenuous hike with a college group, this author doubted her ability to make it up the mountain. But rather than getting stuck in self-doubt and negativity, she decided to see what would happen if she turned her focus to God.

The shaking stopped

I sat down to pray for complete healing.
After a weekend of yardwork, a rash developed on my legs, arms, and hands.

Character matters

As I prayed to feel that I was under the governance of Spirit, I saw that I could act from that standpoint.
