In a recent issue an evangelist holding services in your city is reported to have said that Christian Science is a heresy which keeps men from coming to Christ.

At a local church Sunday evening [March 10] the subject of the sermon was "Healing.
When Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science and author of the Christian Science text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," passed away, it was predicted by a few that the Christian Science church, which had reached its greatest influence, would by reason of her absence decline as rapidly as it had risen; yet with her passing appeared in the press throughout the entire world such genuine tributes of praise of her life and work, in special articles and in editorials, that the very reverse of this prediction was found to be the fact.
The human mind is trained to limitation.

THE TRUE MOTIVE FOR STUDY

The majority of those who investigate the teachings of Christian Science are persons who are pressed to obtain relief from some condition, physical or otherwise, which is troublesome even if not a serious menace to their well-being and happiness.

RIGHT JUDGMENT

Every alert Christian Scientist has a profound appreciation of the Master's words as found in the seventh chapter of John: "Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.
