A Christian Science society revitalized and growing
About ten years ago, the Christian Science Society in Woodstock, Vermont, was at a crossroads. The number of members was very small, and there was talk of selling the church building. Today, the society is flourishing. Membership has nearly tripled; a growing number of non-members are attending regularly; testimony meetings are now held every Wednesday; and the Christian Science Reading Room and the Sunday School buzz with activity.
Gareth Henderson, who joined the society in 2024, interviewed members to share with Sentinel readers how this progress came about.
