The Christmas star
The Christmas star that leads and guides
is shining overhead.
It points the way past self and sin
to Bethlehem instead.
This is no lost phenomenon
of many ages past.
It shines today and every day,
and it will always last.
It is “the light of Truth” 1
that shines,
establishing the way
for every one of us to find
the joy of perfect day.
Christ’s glory fills the universe,
so hear the Christmas call.
The silent night is filled with light,
resplendent over all.
