I’d like to share a number of healings I’ve experienced in recent years.

My hands used to become painfully dry and chapped, but that has been healed through prayer in Christian Science. At another time, my hair was falling out alarmingly. I didn’t accept this condition as true about God’s child, which is my real identity, and it was healed with prayerful help from a Christian Science practitioner. A cyst on my back that had been there a long time was healed when I sought Christian Science treatment from a practitioner. 

While First Reader of my branch Church of Christ, Scientist, I was struggling with the symptoms of a cold one Wednesday night as I began the service, reading aloud from the Bible. I was praying to see that nothing could interfere with this activity, and I knew that the congregation was also praying to support the church service. By the end of the meeting, the cold symptoms were completely gone.
