What unifies our world?

Unity for our world isn’t just a goal to strive for; it truly is the present, spiritual reality. We are unified already as children of one Father-Mother.
What was and is needed most is love, all the love we can give our practice, along with the understanding that God is the healer.
Instead of being a repetitive process of adding layer after layer of acquired skills, each hour of practice or study is chipping away at suggestions of limitation that conceal our true selves as the perfect, capable, unlimited expression of God.
I was the first person in my family to become a Christian Scientist and join The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, having begun to have healings and see the benefits of my spiritual study.
It is our actions that allow us to feel our inherent beauty—not for our glory but for the glory of God.

The spiritual truths I had heard in the Christian Science church and the Sunday School I had attended in my youth kept coming to me, urging me to wake up from this false narrative of material life and suffering.
I learned that everything good was created by God and that if it isn’t good, God didn’t create it, and therefore it had no real existence. Learning this felt like opening a door to let light replace the darkness after living in a pitch-black cave.
Wisdom, understanding, and knowledge are presented as creative forces—the causative intelligence of God.
The truths Jesus taught and demonstrated are to be available to believers for all time.
