I appreciate your bringing this topic to readers’ attention, as it isn’t something I’ve seen much about in the news. I also appreciate the direction on how to reverse the claims imposed upon all those involved. It is a difficult subject, but one we should not shy away from.

Thanks for the fresh exploration of God’s presence being absolute and not dependent on how close we feel to Him—of God’s embrace of and care for us, no matter the situation. The article explores how being caught up in the mesmeric distortion of our perceptions has nothing to do with our real identity, and it describes a way to unravel those perceptions by centering our prayers on the truth that we are spiritual and reflect God’s goodness. This God-centered approach to difficulties not only meets our need but enables us to see our situation in the light of our true selfhood. I’ve read this article many times, shared it with others, and still find assurance in the insights, making me smile each time.
