Sparkle
I want to be the windowpane
That lets the sun’s rays in.
I want to be a water drop
That in God’s ocean swims.
I know that I’m forever His,
Unfallen, pure, and free,
Not separate from His endless love,
But whole—how God made me.
When I can be both meek and pure,
And genuine and true,
Then God’s redemptive love is sure
To shine through me anew.
