God’s own
I am God-made—
not born of flesh to live a life of fears,
to toil and then decline in waning years,
but Spirit’s child, empowered to do God’s will,
and ever know, with certainty, His purpose to fulfill.
I am God-made.
I am God-saved.
For though my days may seem to offer trials and pain,
I am not bound to this false view, nor so constrained.
The Christ—the message of God’s love—is with me here,
to break the hold of thoughts of sickness, sin, or fear.
I am God-saved.
I am God-known.
Each Christly step I take today forms me anew,
and so, transformed, I find that I’m endued
with power divine,
which shows me what I truly am—as God Himself decreed:
I am God-known, God-saved, God-made, God-blessed, God-loved, God-freed.
