Pain and immobility healed
One weekend last spring I played tennis with my wife at our community tennis court. While walking home afterward, both of us simultaneously exclaimed, “Thank God!”
You see, ten days earlier, it hadn’t seemed remotely possible that I’d be playing tennis that weekend, let alone able to walk the hundred yards to get to the court.
For several weeks I’d been suffering with a severe hip problem. It was very painful walking (really just hobbling), getting up out of a chair, and getting in and out of bed. There simply was no comfortable position for me either standing or sitting.
