No recalls
Many people who own a car have at some point received a recall notice about a potentially defective part needing to be replaced for safety reasons. Mistakes and poor quality control are regularly being found and addressed by manufacturers of a variety of products.
But imagine getting a recall notice from God about a defective body part! Sounds ridiculous, doesn’t it? Yet when something goes wrong with the body, it can be tempting to wish for a quick repair or replacement part, courtesy of the manufacturer.
However, God isn’t in the business of making or fixing material bodies. Divine Spirit’s creation is wholly spiritual and flawless. As Genesis 1:31 states, “God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good.”
