Sore throat and fever cured
It was dark and very early in the morning when I woke up. My first response to swallowing was “Ow.” The second was a mental picture, a label, and a worry that there was a long process ahead with some pain involved—I thought I had been through something similar before. All of this presented itself to my consciousness in less than a moment.
I lay there under the covers, not wanting to swallow, but realizing I couldn’t just “tough it out.” It was cold in the room and I didn’t want to leave the bed, but just trying to go back to sleep wasn’t going to cut it. I immediately turned to God.
