What are we watching?
Recently, I’ve spent time learning more about the meaning and demands of Christ Jesus’ words “watch and pray.” It seems that Mary Baker Eddy had this command in mind when she founded this very magazine, the Sentinel, whose motto is taken from Mark 13:37: “What I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.” Just as a refresher, a definition of sentinel is one who watches or guards.
So what and how are we supposed to be watching?
My watching must always be done through eyes of love.
