The nature of God as Love acts as love manifested in our lives.
I have given much thought recently to the words appreciation and depreciation, which play a key role in business, in the community, and in family and church life.
As I said no to anger, I was able to think about God, infinite Love, impartial and universal.
This was a time for me to humble myself and listen to God.
Another message came to thought even more strongly... “Slow down!”

I want to share how The Christian Science Monitor has supported me as a Christian Scientist and a mother.
I stayed awake, before the rest of the class got up, praying and preparing my thinking.

No more pain

Two years ago, when I was traveling in a foreign country, I began to feel pain when I urinated.
One day I was boiling water on the stove for pasta and happened to spill some on my socked feet.
It becomes clearer and clearer to me that the laws of divine Science fill all space and give life and identity to all.
I started drinking in high school with a few friends.
This testimony was originally read during an online Wednesday testimony meeting of The Mother Church and has been adapted for print.
I have had many healings in Christian Science.
