It's Love

It’s Love that blesses each of us,
it’s Love reveals our power,
it’s Love that gently wakens us
each moment of each hour. 

When darkest mist
     would have its way,
when trouble screams out loud,
when anguished thought 
     begins to pray,
it’s Love dissolves the cloud. 

It’s Love that gives us full relief,
it’s Love that shows the way,
it’s Love that melts the false belief
we don’t know how to pray. 

Now! it’s Love our thoughts inspire
in spite of daunting fear;
we exterminate the “liar”*— 
the rock, Christ, Love, is here! 

It’s Love, our true Father-Mother,
makes us, each one, perfect.
We express as sister-brother
God’s beautiful effect.
