I had an instant healing
Before my eighth birthday I had a bad earache, and I was in a lot of pain. I was really upset because it was the day before my birthday. While I was trying to fall asleep, I was praying. I was knowing that I was God’s child and that God is Love. I thought that I had a shield of love all around me, protecting me, and there wasn’t any matter that could hurt me. I also felt good that my parents and a Christian Science practitioner were praying for me.
My mom came in and read to me a part of the Bible. I had learned in Sunday School that God created everything and only good things. God is always there, and if He’s always there, then He’s protecting you everywhere you go. God is your Father-Mother and He doesn’t allow there to be sickness, or evil. He doesn’t even know about them. So how could they be real? My mom told me to think about that and trust that it was true.
She told me that I was one of God’s thoughts, or ideas. God knows only spiritual thoughts, so I was spiritual. I was not made up of matter. I was a part of God’s creation.
