STROKE SYMPTOMS HEALED
First printed in Der Herold der Christlichen Wissenschaft, the German edition of The Herald of Christian Science
I noticed one night at dinner that I couldn't taste anything. Still, the next morning I went to work as usual.
In the course of that day, the right half of my face slowly became distorted, my right eye wouldn't close anymore, it became hard for me to talk, and my nose didn't function. Fear arose, but as usual I started to pray.
My family and friends advised me to go to the doctor. They said it might have been a stroke. One shouldn't be careless with that. At work people, including my boss, urged me to see a doctor, too, which I then did in the evening.
