TO LIVE WITH DELIGHT
American baseball player Satchel Paige once asked, "How old would you be if you didn't know how old you were?" What a wonderfully provocative question!
This week's Sentinel theme, inspired by a statement in Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy, shows how living a life of vitality is not dependent on the physical body or the number of years one has walked the earth.
No question about it, aging is not a subject to take lightly. It's one that can cause deep angst—unless a spiritual perspective inspires graceful progress and replaces a limited view of life. As experience shows, exercise, eating right, and even eight hours of sleep a night can't promise health, energy, or longevity.
