Sing a song of gratitude
Our Sunday School class became "bards" one time. In ancient days, a bard was a singer, or poet, who sang about God and the events of the day. The poet who wrote some of the psalms in the Bible is called the "Hebrew bard" in Science and Health. We decided to be bards and write our songs of gratitude to God.
God is our Lord,
Our Savior, our always-present help.
He protects us from trouble
and helps us fix mistakes.
God is our Love.
Thank you, God, for loving
me and all.
—Jackie, 12
