HEMORRHAGE AND BACK TROUBLE HEALED

"Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need" (Science and Health, p. 494). This truth has been engraved in my heart ever since the first time I read it on the wall of the Christian Science Sunday School I attended as a small child in Belgium.

Through reading Science and Health I found out that God, divine Love, really takes care of each one of His children every single moment. Science and Health also helped me discover the spiritual meaning of the message contained in the Bible. It is by the light of these two books, and by applying myself to putting their truth into daily practice, that I have experienced spiritual healing in many areas of my life.

One summer, I had a hemorrhage that continued for several days. In spite of my prayers, I saw no improvement. I was frightened. Having had many proofs of the power of Christ-healing, I knew that I could rely on prayer alone, but I felt that I needed help, and so I called a Christian Science practitioner.
