HEALING AND A NEW SPIRITUAL PERSPECTIVE

One Saturday evening about two years ago, I went for a jog. When I returned, I got out my Bible, feeling an urgent need to gain a stronger sense of my spiritual identity as God created me.

Suddenly I began experiencing intense internal pain which left me almost unable to think or move. My wife, Tina, was out, but when she returned, she called a Christian Science practitioner to help me through prayer.

For the first three days, I couldn't eat or sleep, and could move only with difficulty. The practitioner and I kept in regular contact by e-mail, as I found that easier than talking on the phone. This has provided me with a written record of our communications.
