EFFECTS OF BURNS IMMEDIATELY REVERSED

My first healing in Christian Science was very memorable and had a far-reaching effect on my life—one I could never have anticipated.

I'd been studying Christian Science for only a few months when one night I accidentally spilled scalding hot oil over one of my hands. I'd been in the middle of preparing dinner for a friend and deep-frying something on the stove.

The skin on my hand turned red and became very painful. I was afraid I might have a severe burn. Despite this, I immediately thought that this was an opportunity to apply what I'd been learning in Christian Science.
