epilepsy HEALED through prayer
One day at work , I had an epileptic seizure and was taken to the hospital. I asked the medical personnel if there was a cure for epilepsy and was told there wasn't. They said it was purely a case of getting the disease under medical control. Later I went to see a Harley Street specialist in London who said medication was the only way I could get help.
I continued having seizures, and the level of my medication was increased. This increase brought more negative side effects, and the number of seizures increased, too, up to maybe three or four times a year. I was on medication for quite a few years.
I began to suffer more and more from the side effects and grew increasingly concerned about the way my life seemed to be spiraling downhill. It seemed to be governed by my environment and by the people I was in contact with, and by circumstances. Nothing seemed certain to me. Finally, I started to think, "Well, I'm really not happy about being on drugs the rest of my life. There must be an alternative."
