A CHRISTMAS VIEW of the Holy Land
Christmas —it means different things to different people. Travelers, for example, this holiday season undoubtedly have safety foremost in their thoughts. No more violence. No more plane crashes. Those without a job are most likely wishing for a job and some income —maybe to buy gifts for loved ones. Children—well, everyone knows the excitement almost every kid feels at Christmas.
What will Christmas mean to you this year? To me, it means honoring the birth of Jesus Christ. Last year I went to the Holy Land and saw where Jesus was born. What a gift that trip was to me. It left me with an indelible impression of Jesus' life and his healing works.
