Gratitude to God ends pain from wisdom teeth
One day I found myself racing home so that I could privately sob over the sudden pain in my mouth. As soon as I closed my bedroom door behind me, however, I realized I had a choice. I could wallow in this suffering or, as Science and Health urges,I could "accept the 'glorious liberty of the children of God,' and be free!" (p. 227). Needless to say, I chose the latter. I have grown up applying Christian Science to every problem in my life, and I have learned that the most important step in healing is to remove the fear. This task wasn't as easy as I expected. I realized I had a few deeply rooted roadblocks in my thinking that needed to be dealt with first.
It has been over a year since this healing, and I have had no more problems with my wisdom teeth since then.
