I was at school, September 18, 1996
I was at school, September 18, 1996. I was reading, but I was feeling pain in my left side, so the teacher called my mother. I went home and called a Christian Science practitioner for treatment. And I prayed for about thirty minutes. I prayed to know that I was God's perfect child. Then error was not talking to me anymore, and the pain was gone.
George Hilton
Birmingham, Michigan
George had come home in the middle of the day complaining that his side ached. We both knew we could trust God, as we had in the past during other experiences where healing was needed.
The practitioner gave us some insightful concepts to help us pray clearly, assuring us that George is bound up in divine Love and surrounded in God's environment and that there is no departure from that.
We got quiet, and George calmed down. And then the most wonderful thing happened: a complete and perfect healing took place. His perfection was evident. We sat quietly for a few more moments, expressing gratitude to God and rejoicing in seeing the perfection that we knew had never departed from him.
