I am very grateful for having attended the Christian Science Sunday School from early childhood. What I learn on Sundays helps me all week long in my daily living.
One Sunday morning when I was still quite small, I woke up with bad stomach pains. I lay down on the living room sofa and started to pray. I did not want to wake my parents, because I had already learned how to pray for myself. I prayerfully thought of the words of a hymn written by Mrs. Eddy (Christian Science Hymnal, No. 160). I made the hymn my prayer. I spent some time thinking about the ideas presented in this verse:
