It is with thanks that I write this testimony for the glory of God, to share the understanding I have gained of the Bible.
Going to church services has blessed me many times. A hymn in the Christian Science Hymnal begins, "Shepherd, show me how to go/O'er the hillside steep" (No. 304, words written by Mary Baker Eddy). We all have hillsides to climb. I would like to share a recent healing I have had.
Today there seems so much talk of food poisoning: "Be careful what you eat!" we hear. One day I began to have bad stomach pains, fever, and diarrhea; I felt it was food poisoning, and began to blame a certain food I had eaten. I rang a practitioner, and she agreed to help by praying for me. I had already said several times "the scientific statement of being" from page 468 of Science and Health, and also read some of my notes taken during Christian Science class instruction.
